Big News!

SXSW Pitch, presented by KPMG, is the marquee event of South by Southwest® (SXSW®) Conference & Festivals (March 8 - 16, 2024), where leading startups from around the world showcase some of the most impressive technology innovations to a panel of hand-picked judges and a live audience. Out of the 670 companies that applied to present at SXSW Pitch 2024, DIVERSD was selected among the 45 finalists spanning nine separate categories!

We will present among four other companies in the Future of Work category on Sunday at 5 CST!

Why DIVERSD

As enterprise HR, Marketing and Data leaders, we were tired of dealing with multiple point solutions to engage our teams. Create surveys on one tool, set goals on another, then tie it together with dashboards on a third. From running ERGs to implementing 360º reviews, this means spreadsheets and connectors and most of all - time. That’s why we built DIVERSD - a unified cultural engagement platform that moves your teams forward with just a dash of AI.

AI for the Future of Work.

Platform

Our platform connects all of our point solutions to longitudinal goal-setting and powerful dashboards so you can supercharge your HR team and demonstrate unimpeachable ROI.

DIVERSD puts goals, surveys and dashboards together using our proprietary CONSCIOUS COUNTER-BIAS™️ Now, your surveys reflect your live initiatives. Now, your reporting is responsive to recent changes in your competitive set. Now all of your efforts are coordinated. Now, everything just works. And, you can rest easy knowing it’s SOC2 compliant, and anonymized using our patent-pending BurnBridge technology.

Solutions

We also provide several point solutions that answer specific DEI and organizational challenges.

Experience Tracking

Empower the marginalized and overlooked to advocate when challenges arise before things escalate.

ERG Management

Create, organize and run ERGs with accountability and support - all from one simple tool. Free to try. Learn more here

Live Surveys

Gather relevant data using short, intuitive surveys that meet your team where they are. AI can even retarget, optimize frequency, and follow up.

Key Challenges We Address

Lean Diversity Teams

60% of CDOs resign in the first 18 months. Taxing one individual (or ERGs and the Overlooked) with creating inclusive strategies, managing employee discrimination, crafting diverse messaging, and fighting toxic workplaces is performative at best. Without support, CDOs and ERGs fail (or leave), companies lose their investment, and the overlooked remain unseen.

Diverse Talent Retention

75% of people would choose unemployment over a job at a company with a bad reputation. Despite the record investment spent in diverse talent acquisition, companies often fail to create the inclusive workplaces and opportunities needed for that diverse talent to feel valued and supported. This attrition trend is both costly and damaging to a brand.

Fit Bias

Many companies' DEI efforts fail to change attitudes amongst leaders or cultivate sustainable change. Adding DEI training without creating a culture that values perspectives, respectful conflict, and utilizes metrics to gauge improvement is simply asking employees to comprehend diversity in theory, but not practice.

Meet DD

Conversations around the traditionally overlooked can be uncomfortable. In fact, while over a quarter of workers have experienced micro-aggressions in the workplace, just over 15% of those are reported to either their manager or HR. Reasons for this range from fear of repercussions to an even bigger fear - Was that real, or was I imagining it?

That’s why we developed a neutral third party - one armed with decades of experience, capable of true anonymity, and one who’s available on your Slack or Teams chats all the time. And, she’s kinda cute.

By removing the friction of reporting, we get more better data more often. DD can also monitor conversations for problematic content, offer periodic advice, and play games. She also plays dress-up - DD can be skinned to match your company’s brand or existing HR program requirements.
